Labour's £10k a year Communications Allowance Slammed
Royston says "people are feeling the pinch. It's not on for taxpayers to be charged for Labour Literature."

Southampton's current Labour MPs use the Parliamentary Communications Allowance of over £10,000 per year to send you their leaflets. This allowance was introduced by the Labour Government to make it more difficult to remove sitting MPs. Royston Smith only uses money generated in fund raising or donations and has pledged not to use the Parliamentary Communications Allowance if elected.
Royston says "all our leaflets are paid for through donations and fundraising such as raffles and coffee mornings. It is simply shocking that Labour MPs take over £10 000 a year of your money to spend on their literature. People are feeling the pinch and it is unacceptable for taxpayers to pay."
