Freedom of The City for The Territorial Army

Royston Smith moved a motion at Southampton City Council's Mayor Making ceremony to confer the freedom of the city on Southampton based Territorial Army units.

In an emotional speech he praised them for their sacrifice and dedication and said, "We owe them a debt of gratitude that we simply cannot repay."
