Harefield Environment Day

Royston Smith with Tessa Tappin (Chairman of the Harefield Residents and Tenants Association) and Jenny Davis

On Saturday 20 September The Harefield Residents and Tenants Association held it's first Environment Day. There were stalls and activities and many local residents turned out to support the event.

The City’s Town Crier was on hand to open the event on a sunny Saturday morning.

The former Head of Harefield Primary School officially opened the new play area, which was an achievement of local residents working with Veolia and Southampton City Council.
